Yoga
In ÚNICA yoga classes, students have the opportunity to practice relaxation techniques, breathing and physical postures to promote physical and mental well-being. Guided by a qualified instructor, participants learn to relieve stress, improve flexibility and strengthen the body in an accessible way suitable for all ages and are an excellent opportunity for students to relax
Pilates
In Pilates classes, students enjoy a complete program of exercises that aim to strengthen the body and mind. Students learn breathing techniques, muscle control and posture, improving flexibility, balance and coordination. Chi Kung
Chi Kung is an ancient Chinese practice that aims to cultivate and harmonize vital energy, or "Chi", through gentle movements, breathing and mental concentration. In this class, students will learn simple, accessible exercises designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional balance. The focus will be on improving health, increasing vitality and reducing stress.
Social dances
In social dance classes, students have the opportunity to learn and practice different styles of dance in an inclusive and fun environment. From classics like waltz and foxtrot to more modern rhythms like salsa and bachata, classes cover a variety of dances to suit all tastes and skill levels. In this class, students develop coordination, rhythm and confidence.
